Hoodilidoo 2011. What can I say. Well, I am excited. I love Willow Ranch. The Grounds are pristine and beautiful. The Staff there are welcoming, energetic and friendly. The Stage is a magnificent focal point built specifically for Festival crowds. This years line up includes some of the hottest jam bands and psychedelic acts in the area.
If you are reading this I fear I am just preaching to the choir. If you really want tp know my opinion, read on.
This fucking place rocks. I have so many killer memories from WR that I can talk all day about them. I have met some of the best musicians in my life here and I just love them all.
I have stayed up all night so many times I can't count. The late night jams around the fire will stay with me forever. I have witnessed so many kick ass bands and simply spun music that I'm dizzy from the thoughts of it all. The Stage is so perfectly placed on the grounds with its back road entrance. The spectator area is manicured and comfortable. The sound system rocks and the night time video screens are second to none.
The patrons are kind and they know how to treat a quazi celebrity such as myself. I have never had a boring moment, a bad night or a bum trip while at Willow Ranch ever/ The Locals are laid back and whisper good council in your ears. The girls dance all day and night, the dudes always have a smile on their faces.
Hoodilidoo is coming again and this time it will never be forgotten. Come and enjoy the Ranh and the music again. You'd be a fool or a Republican to miss it.
